Many people of various ages experience back pain. Though most of the experiences may be tempary for individuals, some can become much more serious over time and lead to what many physicians call degenerative disease.
With the many option offered by medical science, such as pharmecudical pain-killing drugs with side effects, and surgery, it can leave a sour taste in ones mouth from seeing that the medical profession does not care to use any natural measures that would help the patient steer clear of the unnatural side effects of the other choices.
Some times surgery and prescription drugs are a must for those in severe pain and agony, but not in all cases.
Spinal health is a combination of two important balancing factors. One is in the spines flexibility, the other in the strength of the muscles that sorround the spine and hold thing together.
In "4 Steps To A PAIN-FREE Back!" there are instructions on just that.
In the 4 Steps book one can find various exercises for flexibility, discussion on various exercises for strengthening the back, and ways in which to decompress the spinal disk to lessen the wear and tear from daily activity and gravity.

The book was written by someone who has plenty of experience in spinal problems, with some years under their belt of degenerative disk disease, which in fact is considered an age related condition.
When you see the word degenerative disease used with any condition, it is supposed to refer to an old-age disease, but I find that the word "disease" in these cases are words used to causes fear in the patient so the medical professionals can get people into surgery and dangerous pain killer drugs.
This is the same as Acid Reflux Disease, known to me as eating too much which in turn causing the acid of the stomach to rise up into the esophagus, to wear it starts to eat away at the esophagus.
This article is not on the subject of acid relux or degenerative disease per se', but rather to address the misconceptions lead by the medical profession to keep people on prescription drugs, many who do not need them, and to express their support of only, or mainly those options that make people the most money, and not the best for your health.
If you or someone you know suffers back pain more than is normal, and they are looking for options, I suggest trying this simple to follow e-book that will not cost anyone an arm and a leg, and it may relieve their back and neck pain saving them from being cut open or relying on dangerous pain killers day after day.
I speak from experience in this matter. I have had pinched nerves for several years in both my neck and lower spine. I had seeked professionals for help, such as common physicians, physical therapist, chiropractors, and back specialist to find that they offered me no options.

I have one last thing to add here. If you are not elderly or not to the point of where you can not do a few simple exercises a day, then I suggest you give this book a try. Also remember, you are responsible for your health, not your doctor.
If you frequently experience pain in your backand neck, and you can do some light, low-impact exercises, then you owe it to yourself to check this out for yourse
